OIDA HOLZ – JOUER

The last release on Evosonic Records by Oida Holz was at the end of 2022. The Cologne native with Swabian roots delivers a typical “Oida track” here. No frills, straight to the point and yet full of variety from the very first minute. Also because a strong acid line is added to the chords over time. The French vocals round off the whole thing “playfully”. He doesn’t come back alone either, but has reinforcements on board. The remix of the talent “Kippenhaus” steps up a gear and leaves even fewer questions unanswered. If I could reveal the images of my thoughts while listening to these two techno tracks, I could see the two Cologne natives playing a round of ping pong. That will also have something to do with the title of the track. It could, but it doesn’t have to.
